Mass Effect 2 No one left behind?

So I just finished the game.... Best game I ever played. I was shaking during the suicide mission. So anyways, I lost Jack's loyalty by siding with Miranda in the arguement just right after I did Jack's loyalty mission since I did not have a high enough paragon. She ended up dying. Also, I accidentally handed over the collector base to the illusive man (My bad tv can't display the mass effect font very well) so then every crew member is pissed now. I am going to go back on another playthrough and should I just save the loyalty mission of Jack for later until after the arguement or raise my paragon? Also Blowing up the base makes everyone happy right? Thank you

You cant save jack's loyalty mission after the argument because finishing that mission starts the argument. What you should do is save it until right before the final mission because during Tali's and Legion's argument right before the final mission I was able to choose the paragon option even though it wasn't actually maxed out while the miranda/jack argument was during the middle of the game. Also having everybodies loyalty doesn't guarantee everyone surviving you also need the right people in each part were they ask you for a tech/biotic specialist and the 2 leaders but even then it is still random. And yes people respect you and tell you you did a good job if you choose to not side with the elusive man. What you should do is replay the mission if you have a save file of it (I know not fair but Thane died, what did you expect me to do!?). Good Luck!

PS. You handed one of the most powerful weapons in the galaxy to a racist, elitist, megalomaniac terrorist who turns on you in Mass Effect 3!?! What were you thinking Shepard?!?

To trigger the scene you're describing in which Miranda and Jack are arguing, you need to have first completed both of their loyalty quests. Meaning, there is no way to do the loyalty quest afterward.

The only way to keep the loyalty of them both is to choose that Paragon (also maybe a Renegade option instead, I can't remember.) conversation option.

And yes, blowing up the base makes everyone happy, except the Illusive Man obviously.
