i wanted to download the new map pack so i got the microsoft points and hit download, but everytime it says its pending it always says device is full and it doesnt download. i have the new xbox. what do i do so it will download??

In order to get a map pack ( also new zombie mode) You need to download from Xbox LIVE...I think...

Delete something in the memory.
You must of downloaded much things already.
If that won't help, call Microsoft about it.

Check if you have enough memory in your hard drive or memory card.
