Where can you buy high waist shorts?

I'm a 9th grader who's awkwardly in between regular and plus sized. I wear 17/18 usually (but for shirts I wear like a medium, that's why I'm in between). Where can I buy high waist shorts? I want a pair. Or four. Lol. :/

I don't mind having to get them from the adult section, as long as they're cute.
