You have a serious most likely unrepairable virus that has destoryed a lot of your registry files..you basically have 3 options...you can bring it somewhere where they will restore computer but most likely it will be quite expensive..second option you can do a full computer restore back to its factry state don't bother creating a system repair disc just go to the system full repair once you turn on the computer, most comps you press F8 after turning it on to get t the system boot and from there you choose full computer restore also note doing this will erase all files you had so back up your data if it is oossible...the last option though not really needed if the computer is still in good condition is to buy a new comp...nonetheless in the future make sure you have some kind of anti virus\malware instaled and do daily scans of your comp. Also don't download programs you are not sure are clean..also get something called MALWAREBYTES...goodluck

I'd factory restore in your situation... It's either you have a virus which screwed everything up or something else did. :\ *if* you can try using System Restore in Safe Mode, but as I've experienced something similar, that shouldn't work either. But you never know, there's no harm in trying. Use System Restore to restore it to an earlier point in time where you know/think it was working back then... Assuming you actually have a System Restore Point made at that time. If not, then factory restore. It's what I did and worked like a charm... for me.

    Hope this helps.

Start by looking at any hardware or software you have recently installed, the BSOD is normally caused by hardware or software conflicts. There are other reasons for the BSOD to appear, such as bad ram, harddrive going bad, or motherboard going south on you. But if your system is fairly new, look at hardware and software, delete any new software and check, unplug any new hardware and check.
