who was pleased arsenal got through last night?

Yeah I was pleased and pumped my fist a bit when RVP scored haha because like you say they're an English team and have had a lot of stick but I hope we smash them come Sunday.

I'm an arsenal fan so I'm obviously glad. However, I didnt just want us to go through last night. If we went through with a controversial decision on our side or a close game. Then I'd feel were post poning the invetiable...however, our second half performance was very convincing. The first half, you could see we were missing a certain someone.

But then in the second it was almost like 'wait, wheres fabregas...oh yeah he left' it was just like we had been switched on and I'm glad to see that the club can still maintain its status, it just needs players. and the fact we had a unlucky decision given against us and we actually countered was very important. When ever that happens with our team, it usually ends badly and gives the squad the idea that they have no luck, when really, its the team that wins the game, not who lady luck favours.

anyway, Schezney did well, frimpong made two imaculate tackles, vermaelen was back to his usual, persie looked in control and gervinho was brilliant. Hope is there, we just need to use some money to help it along

very pleased, as the draw was tough, and arsenal had to work hard. I also think that arsenal probably have the best chance of winning the CL out of the english teams, just because i think they're the only ones who could beat barcelona (they should have got through last year, if it wasn't for that red card..)

Am really sad though that udinese won't be in it anymore, cause they worked soo hard last season and were the best team in italy by far after xmas, and they will struggle to get into the top 4 again this year without sanchz, zapata and inler

I was pleased as well , Champions league would not be the same without them , and once they equalised last night there was signs of the old Arsenal once again , hope Wenger can turn them round and get them playing to their capabilities again and as usual they will be there or there abouts again at the end of the season.

Napoli showed good football, but they tired in second half, I think Arsenal must play in CL betwen these teams.

If wenger was not here they would be doing way worse what the fans do not understand is if he was not here they would be doing way worse
