I have horrible stress attacks.?
I tend to have a lot of stress attacks and I cant calm down till someone talks to me or helps me. I just got a traffic ticket now on the way home and Im just completely stressed and crying. I cant hand it. My parents are asleep and I don't want to wake them up to help me. I just dont know how to handle it. Is there any tips how to handle this?

Breathing can help, try counting your breaths. It's a very simple form of meditation that can help anxiety attacks. If that doesn't help, try calling or texting a friend to distract you and remind you that it's going to be ok.
If you have anxiety attacks daily and they affect your daily life you might want to think about going to a therapist or psychiatrist. they can teach you more tricks to help when it happens or possibly give you medication to take when an attack comes on.
Good Luck!
