ok so Im from Pawtucket and Hurricane Irenes supposed to hit us on Sunday and Im really worried.
Should I stay at home? What should I do to prepare for this and how hard is it gonna hit us?

its only a lot a rain and a lot of winds to prepare gather a lot a food and go to shelter but it may not hit hard over there

at most it will be a category 2. so yes, stay inside, stock up on supplies, and seal the windows and doors.
