Dear Anu
1 Most foreign pet dogs are sterilized, but very few pet dogs in India are. Street dogs in India never sterilized and they enjoy whenever and wherever they can and multiply in number in quick time.
2. You can find street dogs roaming in any city, villages in India, they act as night watchman as they bark during nights seeing the moment of strangers; but you won’t find any street dogs in any foreign countries.
3. People in foreign countries love pets especially dogs, they buy them, nourish them properly.
4. In India very few buy pet dogs who can afford;
5. Street dogs and pet dogs in India relieve themselves any where and every where and the owners of pet dogs never bother about the health hazards to others due to that; Neither the Corporation, nor the Civic authorities in India bother about it; whereas in foreign countries pet dog owners carry a bag to collect dog **** and deposit them in a dustbin specially kept for that purpose.
6 Street dog bites are very common in India, and the spread of dog related diseases among dogs and humans is also common in India; but seldom dog bites happen in a foreign country.
7. A pet dog in a foreign country is very much attached to its owner;

This type of mourning by a pet dog in India is very rare.
8 Dogs whether foreign or Indian are very much affectionate to its owner; invites you with wagging its tail when you enter your own home and show its affection in many ways; they go to any extend in protecting its owner from attack.
They understand their masters language very well, even signals.

Except for nativity and the color,size etc. there is no difference between English and Indian Dogs.However if you want to know about breeds as accepted for show purposes by accredited Kennel Clubs,I am aware of only one Indian breed which is accepted and that is "Rajapalayam".There could and may be other Indian breeds also accepted by kennel clubs but I must plead my ignorance in this regard.
Have a Nice Day.

Indian dogs' mother-tongue is regional.My dog knows only Tamil.
English dogs understand only English.
Open Sex is a taboo for Indians but not for Indian Dogs.Indian dogs freak out in streets.
Normally stray dogs don't trespass into other territory.But sex invitation from other areas breach this protocol.No first come first serve policy.Survival of fittest and strongest will have an easy go.
Kissing in public places is a common sight among couples/lovers.English dogs don't have "XXX" activities in open.
Indian dogs are vegetarians or non vegetarians depending upon its vegetarian/non-vegetarian masters.
English dogs are non-vegetarians.
