Does everybody here only see what they want to see? (both right and left)?

I usually have mine reported when I give a conservative answer and then support it with linked evidence and sources. It doesn't matter how polite and repsctful I am.... unfortunately, there are many on here who are unable to realize that we can disagree and still be respectful... just keep on with what you are doing and sleep well at night knowing you kept your integrity.

I am a Libertarian and I get called a Liberal a lot lately simply because I refuse to go along with neocon attacks on Ron Paul. I am no Liberal. Not even close. At one point I would have rather voted right than left but now the right has deteriorated so much that I am split in between. Back to where I came from-the Libertarians.

I consider myself a dyed-in-the-wool Republican, but I get irked too when I see stuff like "Wikipedia is a LIBERAL website because their articles on creationalism say it hasn't been scientifically proven!"

If people don't hear something that corresponds exactly with their beliefs, you're automatically wrong, and either a backwoods hick or an ignorant hippie.

Oh yes....Tea Party Patiot has some very narrow views, and reports many of the answers he doesn't agree with. Many conservatives are that way. It's funny.

I'm sure some liberals are too. Great question!

That depends on the intelligence and the willingness to accept new knowledge on the part of the person.

edit: by the way, on half the questions i ask i get called a NeoCon... the other half i get called a socialist liberal.

nope i have that problem too. i point out the fact that there is a white majority in the republican party and suddenly im worse than hitler, stalin, and ivan the terrible combined

Everybody thinks they are the good guy.. its cute.. unfortunately there are few here that are truly humble.
