Parents are worried for my health :/?

Yes I think that I am really overweight and I have very low self esteem. I was bullied in school due to the fact that I was fat, in January I was in hospital after i lost almost 2 stone in weight in a month, I wasn't eating and I was extremely dehydrated and I was on cardiac arrest alert, well I gained some weight and felt bad so I lost the weight again and my parents have noticed that I am not eating again :/ what should I do? I don't want them to think that I have a weakness :/

not eating is not the answer, just eat a lot of fruit and drink a lot of water cause you body can't run on nothing :)

try to become a vegetarian and you'll see that your life will improve and you will keep the weight off

Why don't you just go on a normal diet instead of starving yourself. This could be the beginning of a scary eating disorder. You don't have to be thin to be beautiful but if it's affecting your health then that's a different story. Just know that there are healthy ways to lose weight such as eating the right foods and exercising in moderation...and it takes time so be patient.

Starve. Your body, your rules. If you want to be skinny, don't eat, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.
