why don't they make round headlights for cars anymore?
it don't make sense to me.IMO round headlights look a hundred times better than those crazy shaped ones that new cars have, i guarentee they cost less to make, and they don't cost $500+ to replace if it gets broken. it just goes against all logic to have these fancy shaped lights that look worse(again, that's my opinion) and cost 10 times more than round(or even square) headlights. what do you think?

Weight and style considerations. An old style headlamp set weighs more than new. Otherwise? I completely agree. My last car, with quads, I replaced the old sealed beams with NOS Aris H4 quartz units. Gave exceptional lighting with Sylvania's in. Only mod I made otherwise? A set of relays and new wires to control them. As the original headlight switch had a 15 amp circuit breaker. Would've popped off all the time.
