Well if a Hurricane happened during Winter Time it would be impossible for it to make landfall. Hurricanes need warm water to form and thrive. The atlantic ocean is cool to cold this time of year. Also hurricanes need warm air on land to last. The ocean is cool, and the land is cold right now. Lets say for argument sake a hurricane did form in the ocean, it would rapidly fall apart when it makes landfall. However theyr'e will be a big snowstorm out of it and possibly a Nor'Easter but nothing more.

Hurricane can't form in the winter. They need warm ocean surface temperatures to establish convection (the spinning, churning motion that makes them so powerful), which is why there is a hurricane season that starts June 1st and ends November 30th. You normally see the really strong storms between late July and early October.
Hurricanes are made of clouds. When clouds freeze and "fall," the moisture falls as snow. So even if a hurricane somehow formed in the winter, it would be a snowstorm. The closest approximation to a wintertime hurricane is a nor'easter.

Do now not allow your cat out. The cry your cat made used to be a task to battle, now not a decision to mate. If you allow them to have touch, it's going to outcome in a battle. Your cat is "constant" so it does now not have a force to mate. But it does nonetheless have a force to shield it is residence. If the stray maintains to return round, you may also must trap it and switch it in to a safe haven. I am mainly towards that, however to maintain your cat nontoxic and blissful, you will have no alternative. If your cat by no means is going external you would additionally take a look at getting to know matters to repel cats out of your backyard. If you encompass your residence with some thing that cats hate, it's going to make this stray seek for a brand new subject to say as residence. I heard that orange peels paintings, however I have no idea if that's actual or now not.

You can't have a hurricane in the winter because the ocean waters are too cold for one to form. If somehow one did, no, it would just be a blizzard instead of a rainstorm.
