the back tire on my moutain bike rubs against my frame, but only when i pedal hard, how do i fix this?

so my tire in not warped, and i doubt any small wobble would have this effect. it seems like the chain is pulling the tire, making the front part of the rear wheel go left, and the back part go right. help!!!

Check that the wheel is positioned in the dropouts straight and that the wheel is in there very tight.

wheel could be loose in the frame

or you are pedaling really hard and bending the frame, or it;s a cheap and weak
