Im wondering who the person is that compared them...but Blake Shelton doesn't come close to Conway Twitty. Sorry, but that's almost laughable and hard for me to take seriously. Conway is a country music legend, he is one of the greatest. I can't listen to anything Blake Shelton sings. Im with Mississippi Girl,...Country is not country anymore!

But Blake sure does seem to enjoy throwing his name around a lot. (in songs someone else wrote that is) I used to like Blake quite a bit,but he's Mr.Hollywood pop song singer these days it seems,I'm sick of him at this point.

You should have a look at this new Shooter Jennings video,as he walks down Nashville's Music Row of all places complaining of all the pretty boys who sing "another mans songs with a big drum loop" and couldn't hit country with a baseball bat.At one point you see a billboard with "Honey Bee" on it,but Blakes face is blurred out.Funny stuff.There;s also a Brantley Gilbert Billboard blurred out not to mention a record company who probably locked their doors when they seen the son of America's favorite Outlaw walking their way lol..
