Dual Booting For Dummies?

Hi, I have a copy of Windows 7 Premium 64 bit on a Dell PC, and I was wondering how would I set up a dual boot with Max OS X Snow Leopard. Does anybody have a guide for dummies? I mean I know how to get around a computer, but Im still trying to figure out how to partition my Hard Drive.

You need a Mac. Mac Os is designed to install and run only on Apple motherboards, which are different from those found on standard PCs. If you have a Mac, you can use Boot Camp to install Windows and dual boot. But you can't run Mac OS on non-Apple hardware.
