Yes indeed. 1.2 Ghz processor is way faster than galaxy s. Android 2.3 fixes all the lag issues. Performance and battery backup has increased drastically. You can use the phone for 27 hours at a stretch while using all multimedia apps as opposed to 12 hours on galaxy s. The rear camera has 8.5 mp camera with 16x zoom and the front camera is 2 mp. Its comea with 16 gb internal storage with an additional 32 gb additional. The phone is slimmer than galaxy s and the back cover has a good grip as opposed to a slippery one on S1. Samsung market has 1000 games for free.download which would otherwise be paid for other phones inclusing S1. Titles include real time biggies like Nfs shift, Sandstorm, Gears of war, metal gear solid and eturn to castle.wolfenstein. This phone also supports a usb mode connection ie, no more samsung kies. It has an hdmi tv output and sports a super amoled plus screen. Its a must buy and I bought it as well.
