Parents are worried about my eating disorder?
I'm 18, I was diagnosed with anorexia back in january but I have struggled for around 2 years. My parents found out in january when I lied to them and said I was having stomach pains which is why I was losing weight, they sent me to the hospital and I think the doctors really knew what was going on :/ after the hospital my tutor at college arranged for me to see a counsellor and that's when my mom found out. I still struggle everyday now and my mom gets angry and goes to my aunties to cry saying that I'm going to die, what should i do???
I was bullied in high school because I was fat, everybody hated me and i was verbal and physically bullied for 5 years, back in march I was sent my ambulance to the hospital for chest pains, and I actually asked for help, they did nothing and sent me home!

Your parents love you and feel helpless . They don't know how to help you and are scared. You are going to have to decide yourself to get professional help. Nobody can force you to eat or get better. You have to want to get better and stop focusing on your weight and how thin you are getting .

Talk to your parents about it to make sure everyone's on the same page. Having an eating disorder isn't something to be ashamed of. It begins as something completely innocent and turns into a terrifying addiction, an unwanted part of your life. They're scary, and totally not fun things to deal with, I know.
Hope you get help. I wish you the best

I am going to give you a serious answer here, try this novena by Mother Theresa called "My All in All" it is very short and say it every day. Put in the intention of eating healthy and getting healthy. I love you sweet girl and I need you to open your heart to Jesus and just have a simple conversation and ask for guidance and peace.

Don't blame yourself though, no matter what. Your parents are just not coping well. They're ignorant. Not in a "stupid way". They're ignorant as in not-knowing. They probably think that you starved yourself for attention... starving for attention I would say. They probably automatically think you're going to die because anorexia is LETHAL! Try to explain why you do it to her.
