I am doing a little survey on travel agents, and would appreciate a few honest answers.
1. Have you ever used a travel agent to book a trip or vacation?
2. What type of trip would make you decide to use a travel agent (again)?

4. Do you think the professional services offered are worth the extra cost over booking online?

I have been a travel agent for 15 years and my clients never pay more to use my services over the Internet. In most cases I can price match and my relationships in the industry translate to more benefits for my clients that they would never have by booking online.
