Can someone explain to me the markings on IMSLP?

For example, the Pachelbel Canon, the MP3 is marked "9.0/10 (2) - !N/!N/!N - 11380x⇩", the first complete score is "8.0/10 (7) - V/V/19 - 24937x⇩" and so on and so forth.

Or Stille Betrachtung an einem Herbstabend by Bruckner, it's marked "No ratings - !C/48/14" and next to "Score" there is a big X and a little "[TB]"

For the Pachelbel MP3 the numbers mean it's been rated two times and got an average score of 9 marks out of 10. The 11380 was the number of times it's been downloaded. The other marks refer to copyright status: for example the X and TB mean it can't be downloaded yet, because it's a new upload and its copyright status hasn't yet been reviewed.
