dog keeps attacking cars?
So I noticed my sisters jack russel dog today has been attacking the cars that drive by. The first car, he was in the road and I thought he went after it out of fear since he was very close to being hit but just now as a car went by, he purposely stayed by the street (even tho I was calling him, he doesn't like to listen) and ran after the car trying to bite it. I'm worried he's going to get hit but my young pug puppy (he will be almost 6 months soon) saw the him do it and wanted to run into the street to join in the fun :(
We live out in the middle of no where so when cars do go by they drive really fast. We don't have a fence and I don't think our parents want to buy an electric one....

Keep the dog tied up when it's outside. He WILL eventually get run over if you don't.

Jack Russels and bull terriers sometimes have OCD about certain things. Its a high energy dog, crazy little guys!
Some can even be neurotic about things. Like a new magnet on the refrigerator can cause them to spaze out.
Since you can't and don't have some sort of fence I suggest keeping them both tied up at all times to prevent them from getting hurt.
The jack doesn't know any better, he sees these cars going by and thinks WOW I am going to catch that!
