Ah... the Unsinkable Molly Brown! Fascinating woman. There are a couple of good sites you should visit.
The first one is Unsinkable Molly Brown, Tougher than Titanic: The Life and Times of the Amazing Maggie Brown It talks about how she kept the women rowing and spirits up during the sinking.
The Encyclopedia Titanica has a number of articles on her. (second link). They have some great photos of Mrs. Brown. Here's a snippet of info they have on her:
