S or M and if you are getting a trench coat do you want it tight or loose and think about how much clothes you'll be wearing underneath...I would personally go with the MEdium the measurements on the small are too close or smaller than yours so that could be uncomfortable or look too small when you wear it plus add on the clothes you wear underneath like sweaters,etc. and that is some extra bulk. Even if it is a stretch blend material I would stuck with the M at your measurements.
