If you like foods with a strong savory flavor, consider replacing your salt shakers with small bottles of salt-free herbs and spices. too much salt or sugar is bad bad bad....but to answer your question, I prefer salty food.

excess of anything is harmful.
if it is salt ,it increases your blood pressure and if it is sugar than it will increase fats and invites many diseases . I prefer both, and all it depends upon the person.
but ice cream is my favorite

too much sodium is bad for you. it dehydrates you more easily. but so is sugary foods because it turns to fat.
