I make this a couple times a month. Best served with a nice salad.

    Crescent roll lasagna

    2 cans of crescent rolls.

    2 cups shredded mozzarella

    1/2 cup parmesan

    1 pound cooked hamburger

    1 medium onion

    1 cup diced mushrooms

1 14 oz jar of spaghetti sauce

    2 tablespoons of cream

Cooked the hamburger with the onions and the mushrooms. Drain off fat and mix with the spaghetti sauce. simmer on low till hot and bubbly.

Roll out the dough on a cookie sheet that has non stick spray on it. Pinch the holes together. Spread all of the hot meat and sauce mix on the crescent rolls dough. Then add the mozzarella cheese and 1/4 of the parmesan cheese. Top with the other crescent roll dough and pinch holes together. Also seal the sides as best as you can. It won't be perfect. Brush with 2 tablespoons of cream and the rest of the parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 375 F.

Fried rice... it's not that difficult, just takes some planning. first I would suggest cooking some white rice the night before. Once you are ready, then heat up a wok with some oil, make sure it's hot, beat 3 eggs, mix them with a fork, then pour this into the hot wok, it will cook immediately, then remove from wok and place it on the side. Then on the hot wok, place your diced meat, it can be beef, pork, chicken, bacon, etc..you decide how much, depending on how many people you are cooking for.

Cook the meat for a bit, then add your vegetables, anything you may have handy, some pepper, salt, some soy sauce, diced garlic and ginger too, mix it all up until it's cooked, Make sure your wok is HOT so that it cooks fast!, after everything is cooking and mixed, then add your white rice carefully mix it all together, maybe add a bit more soy sauce, but not too much otherwise it will be too salty, then add your cooked eggs on top and mix it all up gently...and that's it! Emjoy! With proper planing takes less than 20 minutes to cook this.

I always try to cook more than I need, so that I can freeze what's left. That way, when I'm in a hurry, tired, or just want something quick, I can grab something out of the freezer. Just heat and eat, like a tv dinner, but homemade so it's so much better!

Sandwiches with sliced tomatoes, lettuce, pickles or olives if you like, sliced avocado if you like them and have them on hand. Any type of meat will do such as lunch meats, chicken, beef, pork, etc.

    Bacon, tomato, lettuce sandwiches.

    Peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

    Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

    Fried egg sandwiches.

Eggs, sausage/bacon, toast is great and quick for dinner.

Frozen dinners are now delicious. Just pop into the microwave.

    Soups.

    Soups with half a sandwich.

Canned chili. We like to add a slice of American cheese to ours.

Big salads. Throw in what ever you want to, or just have lettuce and tomatoes. We like crackers on the side with ours.

I like to slice up some chili, pepperoni sausage and mushrooms, add to to some red pesto sauce and olive oil with spaghetti, then as a side dish I cut up some slice's of ciabatta bread, crush a garlic clove and it to some butter that I spread on the bread and then grill.
