why cant i open portal 2 on my computer?
every time i open a chapter it starts to freeze and the sounds starts repeating (i don't know the actual name for it). after getting past the normal loading pictures and actually start the game it does this.
a week ago i was able to play the entire game without any problems.
please help.

try to uninstall any downloads or updates you made last week see if that helps if not then try system restore
