Upgrading from Vista to Windows 7?
Want to do the upgrade- what is the procedure? there is a cheaper way than paying for a $129 upgrade?. after doing the back up files can I upload it back into the computer with the new system?

You should be able to find an upgrade disk for about $90.00.

You don't have to back up your files, but it would be wise to do so.
