Anybody recommend companies to call upon who can pickup items and make shipments?

I bought something from E-bay and the person didn't place a reserve on the item. I got it cheap I guess and is now cancelling the sale because they requested for local pickup only. Today I would think there are services which can pickup anything - HELP

    They wanted someone in their area to come to their house to get it. The price that you paid probably would not come close to covering any shipping costs.
