    LiF has an extended 3D ionic lattice held together by strong forces and hence has a high mp. I think its mp is ~850°C (google lithium fluoride).

    The others are molecular solids held together by weak van der Waals forces (also H bonding for NH3) so mp < RT. N2: -196°C; NH3 -33°C; CH4 -160°C (double check these mps)
