WANT TO INSTALL WINDOW 7?

IS THERE A WAY TO UPGRADE FROM WINDOWS VISTA WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY $130-?

IF I BACK UP MY FILES.. CAN I GET THEM BACK IN THE COMPUTER WITH THE NEW SYSTEM WINDOWS 7?

    You need an upgrade version of Windows 7. If your system is 32 bit, the upgrade should be 32 bit. And if your system is 64 bit, then the upgrade is 64 bit.

    If you do this, all your programs & data will be in place. Otherwise, a clean install will wipe out your programs & data.

    You can find a good price on a LEGAL upgrade by looking online.
