how can i get my eyeshadow to stop rubbing on my eyeliner?
here is what i do.
use Victoria's secret silver shimmer eyeshadow all over eyes.
then put on sephoras liquid eyeliner(winged) not thick but not cat eyed(ie really thin)
and regular mascara.
and after that like an hour and a half later it rubs onto my eyeliner making it look gray
how can i avoid it?
p.s. i got bright gray eyes
p.p.s. i don't use eye primer.

Your only solution is using eye primer its really helpful or don't wear so much that it would smudge
