You can upgrade to 2011 or renew your existing 2010 subscription

    Visit:

    Webroot Support

Alternatively, I Suggest you Uninstall Webroot & Install Microsoft Security Essentials. MSE works well with the Windows firewall and does not slow your computer down as much as Webroot. Webroot has poor detection rate comparing to MSE.

MSE know all of the Windows processes inside and out. Also updates regularly. MSE did extremely well at removing malware comparitively. Besides, they build the OS.

Microsoft Security Essentials is a free download from Microsoft.

Download additional anti-spyware software my favourite is Malwarebytes.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware works well with MSE, provided that you get the free version, which doesn't have real-time protection. There's a chance of bad interactions with MSE if MBAM’s real-time protection is turned on. Install the free version, then update it and run scans occasionally.

Would also recommend that you use a safer browser like Mozilla Firefox.

    http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/

Install the Norton Safe Web Lite add-on - when searching for something using yahoo, google or bing, it displays either a green tick (safe site), yellow exclamation mark (use with care) or a red cross (dangerous site) next to every result.

Also suggest, Use a secure DNS server that filters Malware such as Norton DNS will also add an extra layer of protection.

All are great programs and totally free, and you will be totally fine!

Always keep your Windows, web browser and Java software up to date - frequent patches are released to plug security holes.

    Hope this information helps you.
