Whats with the medias obsession with certain words?

Maybe im the only one who has noticed this, but lately the words that seem to be in every advertisement now a days are - revolution, and social.

Its really aggravating when i hear companies use these words. They have no idea what they mean at all, and are completely re-defining them to the american public whether you like it or not.

The word social for example, its on billboards, tv ads, the radio.. etc..

The things that they are being associated with have nothing to do with being social. I understand facebook blew up the word social, and its now a "popular" word. Which is ******* stupid. How can you blow up a word like that and have every other company use it too? It makes no sense. But somehow people are buying their dumb products anyways because of the way they advertise their products with little catchy phrases.

The other word.

Revolution. WOW. I cannot believe they are even allowed to use this word the way they do. I understand nobody owns the rights to this word, but damn. They are using it for phones, cars, and just about any other new product out there these days.

This word blew up when the real REVOLUTIONS in the middle east started occurring. Its really just hijacking the word, and making you think of something totally different when you see the word revolution. Just making the american public more vulnerable to being completely brainwashed, and having no clue what the hell is going on in the world. Oh and while all you people are buying these products making these corporations richer and richer. The fatass CEO's will keep piling up their money and when our economy completely collapses, the government completely falls apart, and your out on your *** stuck with no water or electricity. You will have already been sold. By buying these products you feel so much more advanced and in touch with everyone. When in reality your not, your distancing yourself away from them and becoming a mindless robot that has no social skills, no real friends, and no way to get your own food to survive when the **** hits the fan. You will be no better than those second and third world countries that you feel so much better than with all this distracting technology. People need to seriously wake up, or actually.. stay asleep. You probably couldn't handle reality anyways. Just know that the CEO's of all these corps will be on vacation for the rest of their lives and will be long gone away from this place when it all goes down. They will take all their money and move to another country and live out the rest of their lives not even looking back on what they did to this country. They didn't care before, and they never will.
