By "PPL" do you mean "PPR?" That makes a big difference, without knowing the scoring it's hard to say about the quality of the team, but I'll try:
1. QB: Vick. In a 10 person league I think Vick is a great bet at QB, even if he sits 5 games, he'll provide an insane amount of points in the 11 games he plays. Also, in a 10 team league, there shoudl be decent options on the waiver wire for if/when he gets hurt.
2. WRs: Dez, Wallace, Percy Harvin. Very weak. Mike Wallace is a second Tier WR, Dez is a mystery, and I wouldn't have him as any higher than my 4th WR until he proves he is capable, and Percy Harvin didn't show us much last year.
3. RBs: CJ, Ryan Matthews: Again, I think it's weak. I have a bad feeling about Chris Johnson this year. So many guys that holdout tend to get injured early because they haven't had the conditioning training. Ryan Matthews is decent, and an alright #2 RB, but Tolbert steals too many of the goal line carries for my liking.
4. TE: Owen Daniels: I like it, I think he could have a big year.
5. Flex Spots: Joseph Addai: This could work out for you, or blow up in your face, it all depends on whether Peyton comes back soon.
6. Bench: Collie, Deangelo (should be in your flex spot), Kolb, Spiller, Jones, Mason, Brown, Cribbs, Mccluster. I think that your bench is very strong, and you have good backups if/when injuries occur. Kolb could end up being great this year.
7. Kicker: Gostkowski. Eh, kickers barely matter, but the NE offense should be good
8. Defense: NE. I personally switch defenses every week. Last year I would just pick up the D of whoever was facing Carolina, and it worked well for me.
9. K: Hartley. Injured, drop him and pick up a flyer on a risky player.
