I joined Square in late November 2015. Until March 28, 2016 at 11;53 a.m. I was singing their praises. I once contacted hone support and got a call back within an hour or two. At 11:54 a.m. I was abruptly terminated under “Section 6” of the agreement, which relates to “high risk” activities. The only category that seemed to fit was “bankruptcy law.” I practice in bankruptcy courts but not representing debtors. In short, it is no different than representing people on speeding tickets.

I was unable to contact them by phone and two requests for communication via their customer assistance site has led to a black hole. I would be happy to resume using them and if they actually new my business I’d make money for them. This has put me out of business until I replace their services.

Thanks for the alternative to Square. I'm deleting my Square account and will do business with a company who actually cares about their customers. Square has worked well for me the last couple of years, until I had a problem with my account. I've asked web-support to supply me with a phone number, so I could actually talk to someone, but no luck. I figure if a company is reputable, they will offer phone support to their customers. Customer service should be every company's top priority.

I have tried contacting square for days and to no avail. I agree they suck, the number I called is just a recording and not options to talk to someone - I hate it and come Monday will change companies. Why give them our business if they don't care about their customers. We need to get the word out there so people stop using their gimmick service.

OMG I have used square for years for larger amounts and no problems. But, on July.24,2014. I had 3-transactions and still the money is not in my account. And all the numbers I call you get a recording. Can someone HELP ME!!! (I can't lose a penny right now)...

OMG , I did a transaction of $1300 on the square 7 days ago and still no money in my account.

no one to talk to in customer service and I am now worried any idea from any one ?

oh and got an email from square saying do not worry no more holds on how much you run on the square reader

I just experienced the same problem. I started going over all the transactions. My account has not been credited with all the transaction I have had. I can't get in contact with them. They are a rip off!! I never expected there would be no support. Don't do business with them they suck!! They will just take your money. It's a con!
