Can you rape something without free will?
Is it legally considered rape if the thing/person/item (corpses for example) you are "raping" has no free will?

If it is not a human being, it is not considered rape. However most areas have laws against bestiality, necrophilia, or whatever other things you might be considering here.
Taking sexual advantage of a child however, or a person who is drunk enough to have no free will, or a human who is brain-dead, would still be considered rape in all such cases.
