sports game question?
I have purchased the new Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012 Masters. Everything downloaded just fine. But I have a problem playing on-line. When I sign in, game gives me the option of playing on-line or off-line. When I click to play on-line, there is a pop -up asking me to type in a 16 digit code that is supposed to be with the game instructions. The code is not with the instructions. EA Sports help line doesn't know what this code is. Anyone out there know what this code is??? All answers welcome.

It's asking for your online pass subscription. It's a lame attempt by EA to get people to buy new copies of games instead of used so that they can play online. If you purchased your game used, then the Online Pass subscription might not be with the game anymore.
I doubt you have it, but if your game is new, look for a single black sheet (not the instruction manual), and it should say "Activate your Online Pass".

....this is in the hockey section?
Yeah, EA is doing this thing where all games have like a code to play online, so if you buy it used then you have to buy a pass in order to be able to play. It is only because EA is greedy, and it is annoying to figure out.
The code should be at the top of the back of the manual, or on the CD case

Hello!
In order to play online, you need to enter the 16 digit code that is located on the back of the slip inside of the case. If you're missing that pass, you will need to take the game back and inform the retailer of the missing code.
Thank you
