Marriage License not being signed?

My friend's daughter got married in Spokane Washington and I just found out that her daughter did not sign the marriage license. They got married but for some reason, she did not sign the marriage license. The groom did but not the bride. Is this marriage legal and what kind of problems is this going to present?

    Did the person who married them stamp it?If they did, she can just sign it now.I don't know how different it is in Washington, but that is how it is in FL.They make sure everything is signed when you go to get the certification and then its 100% legal.Ask them if they have the marriage certificate, if not, it isn't legal yet.

    If she didn't sign it, they're not legally married.
