Question about my nose piercing?

I just recently got my nose pierced about 2-3 weeks ago with a hoop. For the first week it was fine, I washed it with a gentle soap and soaked it with sea salt water. Second week comes around and I got this scab forming, not around my piercing, rather it's forming right above my piercing? If that makes any sense...

I don't think it's infected, it doesn't hurt or feel hot. I haven't been touching it with dirty fingers, I always sanitize my hands before cleaning it. If I wash the scab it tends to bleed after, not an unusual colour, it's just normal blood colour.

Can someone explain to me why this scab has formed and what's the best solution to rid of it? I'm going to a Shoppers Drug Mart today is there anything that I should buy to help heal this scab?

It's quite normal, alot of my friends have their noses pierced and most of them develop this too. It may be a small keloid developing, use salt water or Savlon spray but if it increases in size I would go to a professional piercer for their advice. It may result in you having to take the piercing out.
