How to record change in land boundaries?
Our next door neighbor and we have agreed to change the boundary between our properties. We will get it surveyed and then recorded with the county. How should we word the agreement so to make it sound legal?

It is called a Lot Line Adjustment.
It is not that simple. You need to get the county to approve first. You will also have to pay for all of the remapping, etc, it will cost you a pretty penny. That is if they agree. They are not all that likely to alter lot lines.

You can't. YOu need a very specific document , generally a Boundary Line Agreement; in some states you need deeds of exchange for the property you may be switching. VERY state specific. IN the US, you may also need permission from county zoning before you can do it as well.
This is highly technical. I've been doing land title for 15 years and I wouldn't try it.
You need a lawyer to do this.
