Is a typing of 54 wpm a good speed for a 13 year old?
During a computer test for one of my class i averaged about upper 40s to lower 50s. Is that a good speed for a person my age?

Yes it is. The average typing speed for Americans is about 37 wpm. Considering you are only 13, you have plenty of time to boost that to even higher levels. It will help when you have to type a lot (like you do when you are answering questions on Yahoo! Answers)
