My girl is depressed?

Going away to college about 3 weeks ago placed me and my girlfriend into a long distance relationship. We have been dating a year and a half prior. Now I wont say things are great because I haven't been able to see her, but we haven't had any trust issues or anything like that.

I moved to nashville to start up a life in the music business. Thinking about our relationship, I thought that would be the perfect place for us, because her passion is music and the music scene is huge here. Now she's concerned she might not like it down here when she comes for college next year. She is having doubts because she will miss her family and will live so far away (we are from Michigan, about 11it hour drive).

I already know she will love it here... so without having her visit, how can I make her comforted besides words? Any creative ideas?
