Atlantis the Palm Dubai?

Really interested to visit Atlantis Hotel in Dubai. I will not be staying there .Some questions to ask??

1) Can I visit and look around the Hotel for free?

2) Is there any fees to visit the Hotel ?

3) I know it's impossible to walk there from the metro station, is there other cheaper method to reach Atlantis?

    you can go by taxi or by taking Palm Monorail which costs 15 AED per person
