Yes. the best part of a Yorkshire Pudding is the big bubbly parts, in a larger pan you will not get the big bubbles but the result will be tasty. You could use the jumbo muffin tins if you have them and make individual Yorkshire Puddings these will be very much like a Pop Over.

I have not had Yorkshire Pudding in years could you send me a piece...please...

'Meow! The Yorkshire pudding is a staple of the British Sunday lunch and at times is eaten as a separate direction previous to the main meat dish. This replaced into the classic technique of eating the pudding and continues to be trouble-free in areas of Yorkshire at present. because of the fact the wealthy gravy from the roast meat drippings replaced into used up with the 1st direction, the main meat and vegetable direction replaced into usually served with a parsley or white sauce. it fairly is often claimed that the objective of the dish replaced into to furnish a miles less high priced thank you to fill the diners - the Yorkshire pudding being a lot greater value-effective than the different parts of the meal - hence stretching a lesser volume of the costlier ingredients because of the fact the Yorkshire pudding replaced into traditionally served first

Yes - use a 8 x 8 greased pan (beef fat works best)

    3 eggs

    1 cup of flour

    1 cup of milk

seasoning of your choice (I use seasoned salt)

    mix well

Heat greased pan until hot, add pudding mixture and bake at 450 for about 15 min, and turn oven temperature down to 350 for another 10 - 15 min.
