Try ebay.com. Most of the listings I saw averaged 500 pcs. If you need more than that, try contacting one of the sellers to see if they would be willing to sell the size lot that you need.

eBay, just type in 'bulk lego' and you should have some good results, but most will only have 'pick up only' so keep an eye out on that.
