In box says I have Unread Mail, but I can't see it?? (New Yahoo Mail format)?

This has been happening to many since Yahoo has been upgrading the mail. When Yahoo was contacted they said it's a glitch and will clear on it's own. It did for others. Make sure you don't have any unread in the inbox or folders. Spam does not add to the count. At one time it said I had hundreds unread, it cleared on it's own.

Agreed. I have had an unread message for over a day now. I have ran every virus/scan/defrag thing I have & it's still there. It's annoying! I'm looking for a job, & every time I see I have a message, I get excited. Not cool to mess w/ someone's head like that. :(

It has been going on since June 22nd and the count just keeps increasing. I am now showing over 70 e-mails, when the real count is NONE.

Tons of people having this issue. What could be so hard that it goes on for a week with no fix ??

Same thing for me! But it says I have three, it used to be two...I read some other's questions and they said its a "glitch" but its really annoyoing...
