Morning sickness but not pregnant?

As I'm getting ready for college sometimes in the morning, I get sick. I feel nauseous for a good twenty minutes, throw up, then I feel perfectly fine for the rest of the day. What could it be? It's happened twice this month and I have yet to find a logical cause.

A little info on me:

I'm an 18 year old female

I'm 5'4" 125-130lbs.

I don't eat very often just because of my schedule...so I maybe eat once a day...and it's usually dinner time.

I get migraines frequently. I'll get them everyday for about 3 months then I won't have them for about 1 month.

I sleep on average about 6-7 hours a night

What could it be? Why am I only getting sick in the mornings...and then feeling perfectly fine after I throw up?

Well, I wonder about your blood sugar control. You are only eating one meal a day, and then fasting for a long time can throw you pretty out of whack. Especially if you are eating a high-carb meal for your only daily meal. You might do well to make the effort to spread your calorie intake out over the whole day... carrying a protein bar or a sandwich in your bag and eating it between classes, for example.

The problem is, you are only eating one meal a day. That's not good. Your body needs enough energy. Just eat more. This happened to me. Try to have a break time in your schedule.
