Can you compare the Scarecrow's first song with Social Security?
Michael Jackson played the Scarecrow in the movie "The Wiz". The crows force him to sing the song "You Can't Win. You Can't Break Even. You Can't Get Out of the Game."
Compare this song [which physicists call "The Entropy Song"] to Social Security and its mandated participation for all USA workers.
Do you agree or disagree with any of the three parts of the title of the song.

Why would you want out of the game considering your employers have to match your contributions. Your benefits are based on how much you paid in and that is basically doubled by the fact employers match it. So the amount you have credited to you in SS you only paid in half that amount
People look upon it as a way to retire and continue their lifestyle they are accustomed to. But SS was never intended as a sole means of support. It was designed as a supplement to use in addition to other savings and investments. Based on that intent those who use it as a supplement can have a retirement without having to sacrifice anything.
