Can I still receive an athletic scholarship if I have a bad record?
I have suspensions, and an expulsion, I was also arrested. Would this hurt my chances of getting a scholarship?

Possibly. It depends how much shows up on your transcript. I doubt many coaches would want to risk scholarship money on someone who might get themselves restricted from playing.
