My girlfriend's 2011 Honda is a POS, dealership will not help?

Question

My girlfriend had 5 Hondas in 15 years and everyone is a POS! She sells it when the warranty is almost up. She spends almost all her days off for the last 15 years sitting in dealerships. Her dad brainwashed her into believing Honda is the best, but they never are. The 2011 she got stalls out or won't start. She had it back in there 5 times in 6 months, but it still does the same thing. They told her if she was not happy, take it to another Honda dealership, which is 50 miles away. The toll free number said to let the dealership fix it? No help from him? She took it and tried to trade at Chevy for a new Cruze, but was way upside down! Other than hiring a $3,00 lawyer, what should she do, other than never buy another POS Honda? No smart a$$ answers either! I already chewed her out for buying the POS Honda!

She was upside down from every time she traded, so is WAY WAY upside down. Can't trade!

There is something called a Lemon Law. You need to document it's been in there 5 times for the same repair. Call a lawyer and tell him/her you are going to hire them for a Lemon Law claim. You win the case and you are entitled to your legal fees and cost of vehicle if you win. I just helped someone at my church with the same problem with their Honda. Honda use to be a pretty good company, but don't know why they are having so many problems. You either go that route or sell it, trade it or try another dealer.

My daughter had a crap hole honda too! She told them she would stand out front with a sign saying, "HONDAS SUCK!" They bought her car back and told her not to step foot on their dealership lot ever again! Try that!

PS She got a Malibu and loves it. No problems with it ever! Buy one of those.
