Please help! New gf told me she loved me!?!?
My new gf told me she loved me...I told her I loved her back...but I didnt mean it....i got screwed over bigtime in my last relationship, so its hard for me to love anyone. See, im a firm believer in not mindlessly saying "i love you"...gah, I care about her and want to be her bf...but I dont "love" her...what do I do!?!?!

Well remember there's a difference in "I love you" and "I'm IN love with you."
Saying "I love you" isn't binding you to an entire lifetime of being with her! If you love her (even if you're not IN love with her), say so. I understand you've gotten screwed over big time in past relationships (I've been cheated on :/ ), so I know how you feel, but you can't let that stop you from having new relationships!!

thats means you won. who ever says it first has less control over the relationship. do what you feel but dont hurt her. if i was you i wouldnt say it back until you mean it. my ex girlfriend told me she loved me first and i didnt say it till months later. you gotta let her know whos the boss.
